Up Clutch Assembly, and Outer Casing for the Yamaha YPVS 350.
Only needed on high
horsepower engines a lock up clutch will prevent clutch slip at high horsepower. Fully
adjustable by altering the weight on the arms, can be set up for street, racing or drag
racing applications.
Requires a case
modification, this can usually be done on an exchange basis.

Billet Adjustable Timing Plates
Available for the RD350 YPVS Later Models
only, (Excludes LC2).
Adjust your ignition timing with this
Billet Adjustable Timing Plate, makes adjustment easy. No need for strobes and dial
guages, just slacken 3 bolts, rotate to the timing required, tighten back up and away you
go. Most YPVS Models in standard trim benefits significantly from a small adjustment in
the timing.
Dyno graphs from my own bike show that
2 degrees advance was worth 2.1 horsepower, 3 degrees was worth 3 horsepower at the rear
wheel.

RD500/YZR 1990 Seat unit
| Now available,a 1990 style YZR500 Seat
unit. Whilst
this seat unit has been modified to suit the RD500, so it sits correctly at the frame and
tank joints, it is not a direct bolt on fitment.
It
requires significant subframe modifications to fit, and the standard pipes will not fit
with this seat unit. Nor after market pipes that are designed to fit outside the standard
subframe rails.

RD500 Swingarm conversions
| Many swingarms can be converted to
fit the RD500, Most populat are the Aprilia RS250, Yamaha R6, Yanaha YZF750, but most can
be made to fit. These conversions normally consist of machining down, or making spacers
for the swingarm pivot, to suit the frame width, new bearings, sleeve or bushes to suit
the RD500 swingarm spindle, then welding on suitable brackets for the suspension assembly
to mount to. However, there are two options
available:

Ride Height
The
adjustable option consists of CNC machined arms that have interchangable insert plates, 4
pairs in all, that can be swapped to alter the ride height of the bike.
