Adjust your ignition timing with this Billet Adjustable Timing Plate, makes adjustment easy. No need for strobes and dial guages, just slacken 3 bolts, rotate to the timing required, tighten back up and away you go. Most YPVS Models in standard trim benefits significantly from a small adjustment in the timing.

Dyno graphs from my own bike show that 2 degrees advance was worth 2.1 horsepower, 3 degrees was worth 3 horsepower at the rear wheel.

Available to special order, a Billet Lock Up Clutch Assembly, and Outer Casing for the Yamaha YPVS 350.

 Only needed on high horsepower engines a lock up clutch will prevent clutch slip at high horsepower. Fully adjustable by altering the weight on the arms, can be set up for street, racing or drag racing applications.

 Requires a case modification, this can usually be done on an exchange basis.

Started out as a cross between a gimmick, and a practical way of adjusting the clutch, without draining the oil and coolant. It is very useful as a check for water leaking into the gearbox, and is commonly referred to as “the biggest oil sight glass in motorcycling” Watch your clutch operate.

Modifications are to your own clutch cover and involve CNC machining a hole in the cover, and an O ring groove, supplying and 10mm Lexan cover with O rings and bolts to suit.

Re-usable and cheaper than Yamaha.

Designed as a direct replacement for OE, but with a drain plug, to allow you to drain the coolant system from the lowest point. This cover will prevent the mess of spilt coolant all over the floor when the coolant is drained. A quick and easy solution, CNC machined from billet H30 aluminium. The cover is supplied in a machined finish and can be anodised to suit your bike. Supplied with Stainless Steel fittings.

As above, but manufactured from thicker material to allow cooling fins to be added. This cover will reduce the temperature of the coolant in hard running conditions. i.e. Race or Track. The cover will not fit under the stock plastic oil/water pump cover.

If you choose to run your bike on premix rather than use the stock auto lube system then the oil pump can be removed, and its location blanked off with one of these. CNC machined from H30, and supplied with Stainless Steel fittings, this plate does the job properly.

The standard Yamaha item secures the powervalve assembly into the cylinder. It is made of mild steel (rusts) and is so thin it allows the whole assembly to move back and forth by over 0.5mm. These Laser Cut Stainless Steel thrust plates are thicker for less side movement, and will last a lot longer.

A popular modification, particularly to the YPVS model, the spacers fit between the reed cage and the cylinder to space the cage back. This unmasks the intake boost port and gives an improvement in engine performance and smoothness on the throttle. Available in various
sizes,6mm aluminium being the most popular.

A direct replacement for the link tube between the carb rubbers on RDLC and YPVS Models. Renowned for smoothing the midrange performance and removing flat spots normally associated when tuning work is carried out. These bottles are dyno proven to improve performance. All are made from machined aluminium & TIG welded.
